Terms of Service
Last updated: 5 September 2026
Welcome to BioHelm. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the BioHelm website and application (the "Service"), operated by BioHelm ("BioHelm," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. What BioHelm Is
BioHelm is a research and educational tool that helps you track biomarker results from blood testing over time and compare them against both standard clinical reference ranges and longevity research targets.
BioHelm is a research and educational tool only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnoses, or treatment recommendations. Always consult a doctor before making health decisions.
Nothing on BioHelm — including biomarker targets, evidence tiers, research briefs, or the Doctor Visit Prep feature — constitutes medical advice or should replace consultation with a qualified healthcare provider.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create a BioHelm account. By using the Service, you confirm you meet this requirement.
3. Accounts
You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@biohelm.net if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Subscriptions and Payment
- BioHelm Annual ($149/year): unlocks all 10 tracked biomarkers, trend history, Doctor Visit Prep, and data export. Renews automatically each year unless canceled.
- BioHelm Single Report ($9, one-time): one-time access to all 10 biomarkers for a single report.
- Free tier: access to 3 biomarkers of your choosing, ongoing, at no cost.
Payments are processed by Paddle.com, acting as our authorized reseller and merchant of record. Your purchase is subject to Paddle's own terms and Paddle handles applicable sales tax/VAT. See our Refund Policy for cancellation and refund terms.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: misuse the Service to violate any law; attempt to access other users' data; reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the Service; or upload false or fraudulent health data with intent to misuse the Service's outputs.
6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is." We do not warrant that biomarker interpretations, research targets, or evidence gradings are complete, current, or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BioHelm and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including decisions made based on information presented in the Service. Total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid BioHelm in the 12 months preceding the claim.
7. Changes to the Service or Terms
We may update these Terms or modify the Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where superseded by Paddle's own terms as it relates to the payment transaction itself.
