Refund Policy

BioHelm Single Report — $9 (one-time)

All sales of the Single Report are final. Because this product provides immediate, complete access to your report upon purchase, we do not offer refunds once the report has been generated.

BioHelm Annual — $149/year

We want you to feel confident canceling if BioHelm isn't right for you. If you cancel your annual subscription, you're eligible for a partial refund, calculated based on how much of your annual term has elapsed:

• The amount retained by BioHelm starts at $14 at the time of purchase (covering payment processing costs) and increases gradually over your 12-month term, up to a maximum of $120 if you cancel near the end of your term.
• This means you will always receive a refund of at least $29, and up to $135, depending on when you cancel.

To request a cancellation and refund, email hello@biohelm.net with your account email address. Refunds are processed manually and typically issued within 5 business days.

Renewal

Your annual subscription renews automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. We'll send a reminder email 7 days before renewal.
